      <description>Does your event focus purely on Rails the framework? If so why not keep Rails in the name, e.g. Rails on Ales (rhymes). This way you distinguish between Ruby on Rails the framework and Ruby the programming language.</description>

&lt;p&gt;The new name is created by &lt;a href="http://www.pinupgeek.com/"&gt;Rodney Ramdas (pinupgeek)&lt;/a&gt;. And the other Ruby on Ales will organized by &lt;a href="http://www.fearoffish.co.uk/"&gt;Jamie van Dyke&lt;/a&gt; and &lt;a href="http://quotedprintable.com/"&gt;Jeffrey Allan Hardy&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Keep an eye out on the blog, I will post some more info soon.&lt;/p&gt;
